            Despite several adjournments, neither the complainant/appellant nor his advocate was ever present. 

We have perused the orders under appeal.  The grievance of the complainant is that he sought for   On that, the District Forum opined that it is for the opposite party to consider the request of the complainant to extend him the but the same cannot be said to be a deficiency in service.  We do not see any merits in the appeal.

In the result, the appeal is dismissed at the stage of admission.  No costs.
