Matter has been settled on the following terms :

1. OP would not claim any amount from the complainant.
2. The OP would issue no dues certificate to complainant.
3. OP would get the CIBIL score of the complainant rectify within two      months without any charge from complainant.

Complainant agreed to all the proposals.  Matter is disposed off as settled subject to fulfillment of the assurances given by OP.

Copy be given DASTI to parties

File be consigned to record room.
