Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that compromise has been effected between the parties. The complainant does not want to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, I withdraw the present complaint on behalf of complainant.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records after due compliance.
