The complainant is absent even today . in fact , she left making pairvt from 19/07/05 it self though thereafter six adjourments were made in the case for hearing on point of admission of the complainant .

In short , the case of the complainant is that she had applied for sbi credit card no 4317 5750 1404 8194 on august ,2001 and utillesed the card amount to the extent of Rs. 52,000/ – in the business carried by her in the name and style of swastic Electric Co. The said complainant could not recover the amount due from the debtors and the refore the company was closed in feb 02 as the creditors of the business took possession of entire asstes of the complainnat . it appears that legal notice dated 05/04/05 was sent to the complainnat demanding payment of rs 139161 / According to the complainnat this amount is excessive and that she is liable to make repayment  of  Rs.80000/ only . the relief sought for by the complainant is to sent a side the demand notice which is excessive and arbitrary .

                From the above facts , it is an admitted fact that the complainant hereself is defaulcer in making repayment of credit card amount utillsed by her . Inspite of sufficient oppartunity given to the complainant , she left making pairvi in the case . 

                 In the facts and circumstances  as stated above , the case of the complainant is dismissed .
