            The learned counsel for complainant has made statement for withdrawal of the complaint with liberty to file in Consumer Court of jurisdiction at Mohali. Such statement has been recorded on the complaint itself. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh before the Consumer Court having the jurisdiction in the matter on the same cause of action, as per law.

            Copy of this order free of cost be supplied to the complainant. The file be consigned.
