Perusal of the record shows that complainant has lastly appeared on 18.10.2023.  Today is the 3^rd consecutive hearing on which complainant is not present prior to that also appearance of Complainant is very erratic. On the  last date of hearing, last and final opportunity was granted to both parties. Coram is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further. Therefore the case is dismissed in default under detailed observation in view of  non-appearance, non-prosecution. The case is dismissed. File be consigned to record room.
