                   File put up today on the application moved by learned counsel for complainant seeking withdrawal of complaint with permission to file fresh complaint. Power of attorney on behalf of complainant also filed. Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint due to technical defect and he may be given permission to withdraw the same. He further stated that necessary permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after curing the technical defect before appropriate court of law may be also given.  In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh complaint after curing the technical defect before appropriate court of law and may seek condonation of time as per law. File be consigned to the record room.
