                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. As per written version of ops, the crop loss claim amount to the tune of Rs.2,15,166.96 has already been credited in the account of complainant on 20.12.2022, therefore, present complaint has become anfractuous. Since the claim amount has already been paid to the complainant, therefore, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint and as such none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
