Complainant is present and files a petition praying for dismissed the case for non prosecution. Op/ Jdr takes no steps. Jdr no. 1 SBI did not comply the order of the Ld Forum bearing an amount of Rs 558/- payble by them. Jdr no – 2 complied the order of the Ld Forum . Dhr states that he is not ready to be a further expenses for taking steps upon the Jdr no. 1 for issuing W/A.

            In this circumstances we are in the opinion that the EA case no. 2/2015 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.

             Hence the EA case 2/2015 is dismissed for non – prosecution.
