Therefore,  complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed against the OP No.3 for non-taking steps against the OP No.3 and the date was fixed on 16.07.2024.

On 16.07.2024 the complainant was again absent. The complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case not be dismissed for default.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of default.
