The record was misplaced on 05.04.2023 Ld. advocate of the complainant moves the case today.

At the time of admission hearing it appears that the complainant has prayed for relief which is exceeded the pecuniary jurisdiction of this commission. This Commission has pecuniary jurisdiction up to Rs. 50 lakhs but the complainant praying for relief for the sum of Rupees more the 50 lakhs. At this stage this commission has no other option left than to return the plaint to the complainant for filing of the same before the commission having jurisdiction to entertain the matter. Let the matter be disposed of due to return of plaint.
