JUDGMENT

Sri Sanjai Kumar,  Member.- Ld. Counsel for the appellant Sri Vikas Agarwal is present. He has moved an application wherein it has been  submitted that the parties have entered into compromise. Therefore, the appeal be disposed of accordingly as compromised.  Affidavit of the Business Manager for Voltas Limited and receipt issued by the respondent have been filed. Since the appellant does not press the appeal, therefore, it is disposed of as dismissed. The affidavit of the Business Manager for Voltas Limited shall form part of the formal order.
