ORDER:  

                             Today the case was  fixed for consideration on the statement.

                             On 20.05.2024, Shri Himanshu Kumar Balajee, AR on behalf of opposite parties Nos.2 & 3 has suffered a statement that “ we are ready to replace the set of double battery inverter within one week from today.”

                             On the basis of the statement of Shri Himanshu Kumar Balajee, AR on behalf of opposite parties Nos.2 & 3, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite parties Nos.2 & 3 to replace the set of double battery inverter of the same model, subject to return the old battery with one week from the  date of this order. Compliance of this order  be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
