                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                            

                                      Today the case is fixed for presence of complainant as on the last date of hearing, none appeared on behalf of complainant. Case called several times since morning, but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. The present complaint was filed on 17.03.2022 but so far ops have not been served for want of copies of complaint and RC etc. as complainant has failed to provide the same for the service of ops despite availing various opportunities. Further wait is not justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
