ORDER

 

 

 

  1. On 22.08.2023, counsel appearing for the appellants requested for a short adjournment so as to enable him to obtain instructions regarding the transfer of the plot in question.
  2. An e-mail has been received from Estate Officer, HSVP, Kurukshetra wherein it has been mentioned as under:

“It is submitted that the plot can be transferred as per the terms and conditions of the HSVP”.

  1. In view of the aforementioned stand of the HSVP, Shri A.S. Aghi states that the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and he shall take necessary steps for the purpose of transfer of the plot.
  2. The official of the HSVP states that he has no objection, if the appeal is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
  3. In view of the above, the appeal has been rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
  4. Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
  5. The statutory amount of Rs.10,700/- deposited by the appellants at the time of filing of the appeal be disbursed in favour of the appellants against proper receipt and identification but in accordance with rules.
  6. A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act. The order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
  7. File be consigned to record room along with a copy of this Order.
