1.      Learned counsel for the appellant, that is, ICICI Bank Limited has urged that vide impugned order dated March 30^th, 2016 passed by District Consumer Forum, Narnaul, no relief was allowed to Savitri Devi-complainant against the ICICI Bank.  So, the present appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. 

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of period of appeal/revision, if any.
