Learned counsel for the OP No.2 has made a statement that he will refund 50% of billing amount to complainant within 30 days, subject to deposit the old mobile unit with accessories at Service Centre, Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the complainant has also made a statement that he is satisfied with the aforesaid statement. Therefoe, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and withdraws the same. Heard. In view of the aforesaid statements, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
