Ld. Advocate for O.P. is present by filing his hazira.

On the other hand Complainant is absent without any step.

It is now 11-50 a.m. on repeated calls neither the Complainants nor their Advocates is found present to take step.

It appears from record that Complainants were found absent without taking any steps on previous dates.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainants have lost their interest to proceed with this case.

So, we have no alternative but to dismiss this case for default.

Hence, it is

That the Consumer Complaint Case no. 142 / 2014 be and same is hereby Dismissed for default; but without cost.
