The complaint presented.

2.            Heard on the point of maintainability of the present complaint.

                As per the case of the complainant, he purchased the mobile phone of Gionee Model S 5.1 from the respondent no. 1 from Assandh, district Karnal. As per averments made in the complaint, he got insured his mobile phone from the OP no. 3 through the OP no. 2. The complainant has not attached any document on the file to show that he got insured the mobile phone from the OP no. 3. So as a result thereof, the present complaint before this Forum, at Panipat is not maintainable for want of territorial jurisdiction.

3.            Therefore, as a sequel to the foregoing discussion, we hold that the present complaint is not maintainable and as such the same is hereby dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction. A copy of the order be supplied to the complainant free of cost and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
