ORDER

     Rejoinder filed. Heard. On persuasion, complainant and one officer of OP No.2 & 3 have compromised the matter and handed over the cheque of Rs.6,000/- bearing No.525072 dated 16.04.2019 which amount is acceptable to the complainant in compounding entire dispute between the parties. Photocopy of cheque alongwith receipt taken on record. In view of the same, statement of authorized representative of complainant and that of aforesaid officer of OP No.2 & 3 recorded and placed on record. In view of the same, this consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawing having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
