The case record is taken up today on the strength of advance petition filed by the op Advocate for the op filed a separate memo along with a letter dt 22.11.12 duly signed by the complainant stating that the matter has amicably settled between the parties at the out side of the court as the complainant received a new ctv  Model Sli m m5450 ctt No 3897 against his old TV and hence he does not want to proceed further with this case.Copy served with no objection.Hence the case is dropped as amicably settled between the parties.
