Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 07.02.2017. Complainant is not appearing for past three dates of hearing 25.07.2023, 07.11.2023 and 25.01.2024. On the last second date of hearing i.e. 25.01.2024 sufficient opportunity was given to complainant for his appearance. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution. 

File be consigned to record room.
