1. Mr. Pratyush Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - Insurance Company submitted that in compliance of the order dated 19.11.2014 passed in F.A. No. 112/2011, by this Commission, the Insurance Company deposited Rs. 5,45,000/- on 2.12.2014, to save itself from the liability of penal interest, but the Insurance Company was required to deduct TDS @ 10% on the interest component of Rs. 2,24,250/-, out of the said amount.
2. Inspite of valid service of notice, nobody appears on behalf of the Complainant – O.P. 1.
3. Mr. P. K. Gupta, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. 2 – Bank of India submitted that the Bank is handing over the pay order of the said TDS amount along with the photocopy of Pan Card of the Complainant – O.P. 1 – Sri Satya Narayan Hazam.
4. Mr. Pratush Kumar accepts the pay order dated 20.03.2015 for Rs. 22, 425/-. The Insurance Company undertakes to do the needful as per the law.
5. The parties should communicate this order, to Sri Satya Narayan Hazam, within four weeks.
With these observations and directions this revision petition stands disposed off.
