Rajiv Goyal Counsel for respondent/complainant recorded to the effect that the repair has been done to the satisfaction of his client Satpal and he has received the cheque bearing No. 367031 dated 8.9.2017 for Rs. 3,100/- on behalf of respondent/complainant. On this, statement of Sh. A.S. Sandhu Counsel for applicant/opposite party also recorded to the effect that he tendered job sheet dated 23.11.2017 in regard of repair of AC in question to the satisfaction of Satpal who do not want any further claim against Panasonic related to the subject matter and as he has received the cheque of Rs. 3,100/-, So he withdraws the present application on behalf of company. In view of the statements of the parties, the present miscellaneous application is disposed of. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
