          The complainant has stated that there are certain legal and technical flaws in the complaint as well as in the drafting, therefore, he be permitted to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh one.

          On the statement of complainant, Sh. Satnam Singh owner of Randhawa Motors Tarn Taran has also made statement that he has no objection, if the complainant is permitted to withdraw the present complaint.

          In view of above statements, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint, if so advised in accordance with rules. The original documents be returned to both the parties under proper receipt as per law, if so desire File be consigned to record room.
