          File taken up afternoon. The parties have entered in to amicable settlement. Satnam Singh owner of Randhawa Motors Tarn Taran has made statement that he has placed on record the original registration certificate of the vehicle in question. Kamal Singh – complainant has also made separate statement vide which he received the original registration certificate of the vehicle in question and has also placed on record the copy of registration certificate. He has stated that nothing is due against the opposite parties. He has made statement withdrawing the present complaint being fully satisfied.

2        Heard.  Kamal Singh has filed this complaint under Section 11 and 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 against Satnam Singh son of Mukhtar Singh, V.P.O Pandori Gola Tehsil and District Tarn Taran, owner of Randhawa Motors Bye-pass Jandiala Chownk Tarn Taran and others (herein-after called as ‘Opposite Parties’) supported by various documents leveling allegations of deficiency of service on the part of the opposite parties.

3        Notice of this complaint was issued to the opposite parties who contested the complaint. Both the parties led their respective evidence. When the case was at the stage of final hearing, both the parties made statements that they have compromised the matter. Kamal Singh- complainant has received the original registration certificate from the opposite parties and has stated that nothing is due towards the opposite parties. In view of the statement of the parties, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
