On behalf of the Dhr its partner Sanjay Kumar Bedia is present and files hazira along with a petition praying to hand over the Bankers A/c. payee cheque as mentioned in order No. 39, dated 13.02.2017 to him and photocopy of his voter identity card. The original voter identity card is produced being asked. The photocopy is compared with the original. The original voter identity card is returned to the partner Sanjay Kumar Bedia. The petition is taken up for hearing. In order No. 39, dated 13.02.2017 shows that the Dhr was directed to receive the Bankers A/c. payee cheque as mentioned in the said order but within this time the Dhr has not received the same. Today by filing a petition has prayed to hand over the above Bankers A/c. payee cheque to the partner Sanjay Kumar Bedia. Sanjay Kumar Bedia is also identified by his ld. Advocate. So there is no bar to hand over the Bankers A/c. payee cheque being No. 000086 for Rs. 47,343=00 dated 13.02.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank, to the partner Sanjay Kumar Bedia. Hence, hand over the Bankers A/c. payee cheque as mentioned above to the partner Sanjay Kumar Bedia of the Dhr Company on proper receipt.
On behalf of the Dhr a verified petition has been filed praying to dispose of the Execution Application on full satisfaction stating that the Dhr has got the entire awarded amount by Bankers A/c. payee cheque being No. 000086, dated 13.02.2017 for Rs. 47,343=00. We carefully perused the final order under execution and the submission of the ld. Advocate of the Dhr and other materials on record, we are of the opinion that the final order dated 17.7.2014 passed in C.C. No. 191/2013 has been fully satisfied. Hence, it is

that the Execution Application being No. 62/2014 is disposed of on full satisfaction.
Let copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provision of law.
