          Learned counsel for the appellants has urged that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn because the matter has been compromised. A fact which is not disputed as stated by Mr. Satish Kumar-complainant, who is present in person.

2.      It is ordered accordingly.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
