ORDER

Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the respondent, which is taken on record.

                   On 13.06.2018, following order was passed by this Commission :-

                   “As per office report, the record of the District Forum has been received.

                        Alongwith the appeal, an application for condonation of delay of 133 days as per the applicant/appellant (as per the office report 113 days), in filing the appeal, has been filed.

                        Subject to depositing of the entire amount awarded by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh (minus Rs.25,000/- already deposited by the applicant/appellant at the time of filing this appeal) by the applicant/appellant with the concerned Forum, within a week from today, notice of the application for condonation of delay, as also in the main appeal be issued to the respondent for 20.07.2018. Dasti also.          

                        Certified copy of the order be given dasti to the Counsel for the applicant/appellant.

                        Certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned District Forum.”

                   It is stated by Counsel for the respondent/complainant that thereafter some amount was deposited with the Forum by the appellant, however, it was less than the amount awarded. The Forum disposed of the execution application by taking note of that record. If the amount paid is less, liberty shall remain with the respondent/complainant to agitate this matter before the Forum.

                   Arguments on the application for condonation of delay, as also in the main appeal have been heard.

                   Vide our detailed order of the even date, recorded separately, this appeal has been dismissed.
