       Appellant  is the Opposite party and Respondent is the Complainant in C.C.No.714/2013 on the file of the District Consumer Forum-II,  Hyderabad.  

          Heard the Counsel for the Appellant and the Respondent who is present in person.

It is reported that the matter was under consideration for settlement and that now it has been compromised between the parties outside the court amicably.  The Appellant has filed a Compromise Memo in which it is stated as follows:

“Counsel for Appellant present.  Respondent present in person.  Both sides agreed the entire decretal amount was deposited.  In view of the same FULL AND FINAL payment of the amount payable to the Appellant”.

         The memo is recorded. 

         In the circumstances, FA.no.590/2014 along with FAIA 372/2016 is closed.
