JUSTICE SHRI. P.Q. BARKATH ALI :  PRESIDENT

          Head.  This Revision Petition is filed by the Opposite Parties 2 and 3 in C.C. No.86/16 on the file of CDRF, Pathanamthitta  challenging the order of the Forum dated August 29^th 2016 in I.A.98/2016 refusing to set-aside the order of the Forum setting them exparte.

          2.  Taking into account the nature of contentions raised by the parties,  we feel that an opportunity should be given to the Revision Petitioners to contest the matter on merits.  Further the complaint is pending  before the Forum.

          3.  Therefore the Revision Petition is allowed.  The impugned order of the Forum setting the appellants  exparte is set-aside.  They are permitted to file the version before the Forum and proceed with the case.  Intimate the Forum.
