                   The certified copy of the order dated 27.02.2023 passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Haryana, Panchkula passed in Transfer Application No. 05 of 2022 titled as Dr. Charanpreet Singh Versus Narinder Kaur and others has been produced on behalf of op no.3 Dr. Charanpreet Singh. By the said order, this complaint case No.569 of 2022 titled as Narender Kaur & Ors. Vs. Satguru Pratap Singh (SPS) Hospital Sirsa and others has been transferred from District Consumer Commission, Sirsa to District Consumer Commission, Fatehabad and certified copy of the said order has been produced today. As this case has been transferred from this Commission to the District Consumer Commission, Fatehabad by the Hon’ble State Commission, so the file of this complaint case complete in all respect be sent to the District Consumer Commission, Fatehabad. The parties are directed to appear before the District Consumer Commission, Fatehabad on 26.04.2023.
