Sh. Pradeep Bartwal, learned counsel for respondent is present.

Vide order dated 23.05.2022, court notice was directed to be issued to the appellant.

According to office report dated 04.07.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 30.05.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

Office has submitted the tracking report of registered notice issued to the appellant, according to which, the item delivery is confirmed.

However, in the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Put up on 25.07.2022 for hearing.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
