Misc. Applicant/Complainant is present through the Ld. Advocate.  Misc. Application bearing No. MA/663/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application Complainant has prayed for expunction of the O.P. No. 2 as the Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits to the effect that after service of summons, it had come to the knowledge of the Complainant that O.P. No. 2 “Bhawani Sunvalley” was not a person or individual rather, the same herein was the name of a building and, accordingly, prayed for expunction of the said O.P. No. 2.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we allow the Misc. Application.  Let the name of the O.P. No. 2 be expunged from the Cause Title of the petition of complaint.  To-date i.e. 25.09.2017 for filing amended version of petition of complaint and also for filing evidence on affidavit by the Complainant.
