ORDER   (Passed on 12.03.2013)       Per Mr S M Shembole, Presiding Member       Adv. Mr Baisani for the appellant is present. However, none for respondent is present.        On perusal of appeal memo it reflects that the appellant has subsequently changed the names of the parties by sticking chits that too without permission of this Commission. Appellant could not give explanation as to why he did so.       Therefore, appeal deserves to be dismissed and accordingly, it is dismissed.       However, appellant is permitted to file fresh appeal on the same cause of action.
