Parties are absent on calls. It is seen from the record that the Op No. 5 has issued a Cheque bearing No. 000109 dt. 08.02.2019 for Rs. 5000/- in favour the complainant towards full and final settlement in this case and the son of the complainant has received the said Cheque on behalf of his father with due endorsement and identy. The son of the complainant also has furnished letter of satisfaction separately with copy of his Aadhaar Card. The complainant has not raised any objection till dat. In view of the above facts, we treat that the Case is settled out side the Forum by the Parties amicably and hence we dismissed the case of the Complainant against the Ops.

              Pronounced in the open Forum as this the 6^th day of August, 2019. Issue free copy to the parties concerned.
