ORDER     The Complainant is absent. Ld.Advocate Mr. Gamre for Opposite Party No.1 & Ld.Advocate Sumita for Opposite Party No.2 are present. Complainant has given pursis on 03/10/2011 stating that he is ready to withdraw the complaint if his vehicle is given in Road worthy condition. It is submitted by Opposite Party No.2 that after repair of the Complainant’s car, the car was given to the Complainant on 22/01/2012 in Road worthy condition. On last date notice was issued to the Complainant. Inspite of duly service of the notice, the Complainant remained absent. It appears that Complainant has received his car in road worthy condition hence, he is not interested in prosecution of this compliant. Hence, compliant is disposed of for want of prosecution. No order as to cost.
