Present complainant in person and Sh. Dharmender, Legal Officer and filed compromise dated 09.03.2019 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP has handed over a cheque bearing no. 109109 of Rs.22,000/- drawn on ICICI Bank, Delhi to the complainant as against full & final settlement.Complainant has received said cheque from OP and copy of cheque is placed on record.The complainant stated that no grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
