ORDER

The Judgment Debtors went in First Appeal No.837 of 2015 against the order dated 31.08.2015 passed by this Commission in Complaint No.128 of 2015. The matter is pending before the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and interim stay has been granted in favour of the Judgment Debtors vide order dated 14.01.2016. Thereafter, on the next date of hearing i.e. 15.02.2016, it is also on record that an amount of Rs.50,14,535/- stood deposited by the Judgment Debtors in the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi and the applicant/Decree Holder in this case has been permitted to withdraw that amount.

                   In view of above, the matter in appeal will take some time. As such, it is not necessary to keep this Execution Application pending. The same is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the Decree Holder to file fresh Execution Application as and when final order is passed by the Hon'ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi.

                   Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
