3.       Gurpreet Uppal sons of Malook Singh Uppal-Authorized Signatories of Sarvotam Hi-tech Infra Developers Limited Company, 1-2, Deep Complex,        Court Road, Amritsar.

          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Order by:-  Smt. Neena Sandhu, President.

                   Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that he withdraws the present complaint and a liberty may be given that as and when the OPs will come out from Jail. He may file a complaint against them. Said statement has been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint against the OPs, subject to limitation as provided under Section 69 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
