Counsel for the complainant made a statement that the Director of Sarvotam Hi-tech was out of country for a long time and as soon as he came back to India, the police arrested him because there were many cases against the accused in various police stations. Currently, the Director of Sarvotam Hi-tech is lodged in Karnal District Jail. He further stated that as soon as the information regarding the bail of accused received, they will file their claim again and now wants to withdraw the present case with permission to file afresh.

             Keeping in view the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to avail the efficacious remedy available under the law. Original documents, if any, be returned to the complainant on retaining photo copies of the same on record.
