ORDER

Case was taken up in Lok Adalat.  The case has been settled.  Shri Anshul Sharma, AR of OP, has been authorised to settle the complaint with the complainant and have paid an amount of Rs. 85,000/- (Rs. 45,000/- vide cheque no. 129651 dated 27.01.17 and Rs. 40,000/- vide cheque no. 129650 dated 20.01.2017), as full and final settlement.    Since, the matter has been settled between the parties, the complaint stands satisfied.
