      This complaint filed under Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite parties to refund Rs.29,000/- with interest at 24 % p.a. from the date of it’s purchase i.e., 14-08-2014 till realisation, Rs.50,000/- towards compensation and costs of this complaint of Rs.3,000/-.

            This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri Md.Rahimkhan, advocate for the complainant and  opposite parties 1 to 3 are called absent and this Forum made the following:
