Present:           Sh. Sunil Kumar, Adv. as proxy for Sh. SS Saini, Adv. for the    complainant.

ORDER:-

                      Report from the Mediation Cell and complainant on 14.11.2024 filed an application to withdraw the present complaint, on the ground, of technical fault with permission to file a fresh one on the same cause of action.

               Keeping in view the application of the complainant dated 14.11.2024 and recommendation of the Mediation Cell, the application filed by the complainant is accepted and present complaint is hereby treated to be dismissed as withdrawn and the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on same cause of action against the respondent, after removal of technical fault, if any. Fresh complaint shall be subject to original period of limitation and in a fresh complaint, the complainant will disclose the particular of this complaint and its fate by attaching certified copy of this order. Certified copy of the order be supplied to the parties, free of cost. File be consigned to the records.
