                   Present:       None for complainant.                                                                      

                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that neither complainant nor her counsel has appeared. Further wait is not justified. It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with her complaint as complainant has also failed to provide copy of complaint and RC etc. for service of op despite availing various opportunities including last opportunity. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
