                   Court notice issued to complainant through registered post not received back either served or unserved. From the perusal of the case file, it is reveals that complainant was not present on dated 26.10.2021 and case was fixed for issuance Court notice to complainant, but till today he was not come present. Case called several times since morning. But none appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.10 P.M. No more wait is justified. As such, present complaint stands dismissed in default.
