Sarthak Financial Solution, having its registered office at 415, 1st floor, School Block, Mandawali New Delhi-110092 and its branch office at 246/67 east school block, Mandawali, Delhi-110092(hereinafter called SFS for the sake of brevity) assigned other part as per agreement, represented by Mr. Manoj Kumar son of Sh. Hari Om Gupta and Aakash Jain, partners.

       Today the case is fixed for consideration on the point of admissibility.              Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint at this stage and withdraws the same on technical ground and sought permission to file the fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law.             

 In view of the above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the competent Court of law, if so desired. The original documents annexed with the complaint, if any, be returned to the complainant by placing on record photocopies of the same. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
