                   The following order of the Commission was delivered by Justice Shantanu S. Kemkar, President:

                      This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.11.2010 passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Dindori (for short ‘Forum’)   in complaint  case no.06/10 whereby  the  Forum   has dismissed the complaint filed by the appellant / complainant on the ground that complaint is barred by limitation.  We find that the complaint was filed after 8 months and 1 day from its prescribed period of limitation.

2.                Having gone through the order, we find that the Forum has committed no error in dismissing the compliant as time barred.  The huge delay of 8 months and 1 day was not satisfactorily explained by the complainant.

3.                As a result, the appeal is dismissed.  No orders as to costs.
