Learned counsel for the petitioner states that order dated 13.07.2012 passed by this Commission directing the petitioner to deposit 50% of the compensation amount as awarded by the State Commission needs to be modified since petitioner has already deposited a sum of Rs.58,084/- with the State Commission. Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a copy of order dated 29.06.2012 to this effect passed by the State Commission. Since, awarded amount has already been deposited by the petitioner with the State Commission, order dated 13.07.2012 stands modified and accordingly, petitioner needs not to deposit 50% of the compensation amount as awarded by the State Commission. List on 22.11.2012, the date already fixed for admission hearing.
