O R D E R

Vide order dated January 07th, 2015 this Commission dismissed First Appeal No.749 of 2014 titled ‘The Chief Manager, State Bank of India and others Vs. Sarjit Singh’. It was ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.16,400/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to Sarjit Singh-complainant.
2. By filing the present application, State Bank of India has pleaded that entire amount, that is, Rs.32,242/- and Rs.2200/- has been credited in the account of complainant on May 05th, 2015 as shown in the statement (Annexure A-1) and District Consumer Forum disposed of the execution application on May 27th, 2015 being fully satisfied. Order of the District Consumer Forum is Annexure A-2. So, the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to State Bank of India.
3. In view of this, it is ordered that the statutory amount of Rs.16,400/- be released to the State Bank of India-applicant against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules.
